How can I pay?+−
Visa, Mastercard, and Mada. For annual plans and Enterprise we also accept bank transfer. You can pay in USD, SAR, AED, or EGP.
Can I use my own domain?+−
Yes, on the Professional and Enterprise plans you can point your own domain (like store.yourbrand.com) at your shop. Every plan gets a free instamicrotech.com subdomain to start with.
Where is my data kept?+−
On servers in Frankfurt by default. Enterprise customers can ask for their data to sit in Egypt or Saudi Arabia instead.
Do invoices and receipts work properly in Arabic?+−
Yes. Invoices, receipts, and order emails are all in Arabic if you want, written with the right font and read in the right direction. Included on every plan.
