Billing and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 9 August 2026

This policy explains Plaza subscription charges. It does not govern purchases made by consumers from independent merchant stores.

1. Prices and taxes

The checkout page identifies the plan, billing cycle, currency, and price before purchase. Applicable taxes may be added where required. Merchants are responsible for keeping their billing details accurate.

2. Authorization and renewal

When recurring billing is offered and selected, you authorize the disclosed charge on each renewal date until cancellation. Where payment is made manually, service activates only after the payment is verified.

3. Plan changes

The product will show when an upgrade or downgrade takes effect and any credit or additional amount before confirmation. We do not apply an undisclosed charge.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel from the available account controls or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation prevents the next renewal when completed before its processing date; access ordinarily continues through the paid period unless law, security, or a material breach requires earlier restriction.

5. Refunds and billing errors

Unused time is not automatically refundable where law permits. This does not affect mandatory rights or claims for duplicate, unauthorized, incorrectly calculated, or otherwise unlawful charges. Contact us promptly with the account email and invoice reference for review.

6. Failed payments

A failed or overdue payment may lead to a grace period, feature restriction, or suspension as shown in the account. We will not delete merchant data solely because a payment failed without applying the retention and notice rules in the Terms and DPA.
