Getting started
How long does opening a shop take?
Between forty-five seconds and a minute and a half, from clicking the button to your shop being open. Behind the scenes we set up your database, paint everything in your colors, and put your shop on the subdomain you picked.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The signup walks you through it. Choose a plan, pick a name for your shop, fill in a few details, drop your logo in, choose two colors. We explain each step in plain Arabic or English.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Fourteen days, free. You do not need to put a card in to start.
Languages and right-to-left
How many languages does Plaza speak?
Over 20 out of the box: Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Russian, Turkish, Hebrew, Persian, Hindi, Urdu, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian, and more. Your storefront and admin panel both work in any of them.
Is the Arabic real, or is it just a Google translation?
It is real. The site is written with the Cairo font, the layout reads right to left from the ground up, and numbers come out as 0–9 the way Arabic shops actually write them. We sweat the same details for the other right-to-left languages (Hebrew, Persian, Urdu).
Can my customers switch languages on the storefront?
Yes. Pick the languages you want to offer and customers choose from the top of the page. You can write your product names, descriptions, and shop tagline in each language you turn on.
Do Arabic invoices and receipts look right?
Yes. Invoices, order confirmations, and receipts come out in the Cairo font, reading right to left, with numbers as 0–9 so nothing gets reordered or mangled.
Pricing and bills
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, whenever. If you move up we only charge you the difference. If you move down we credit you. You don't have to wait for a renewal date.
Can I pay in SAR, AED, or EGP?
Yes. We take USD, SAR, AED, EGP, and most other Gulf currencies. Annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer.
Is there a setup fee?
No. No setup fee, nothing hidden. The price on the card is the price you pay.
The technical bits
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Professional and Enterprise plans you can point your own domain (like store.mybrand.com) at your shop. Every plan starts with a free .instamicrotech.com subdomain.
Where is my shop's data kept?
On servers in Frankfurt by default. Enterprise customers can ask us to keep the data in Egypt or Saudi Arabia instead. Every shop has its own database, so your data does not sit next to anyone else's.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can pull your products, orders, and customers out as a spreadsheet whenever you want. If you decide to leave one day, the data leaves with you.
