This Acceptable Use Policy defines what you may and may not do with Plaza Store services.
1. Permitted Uses
You may use Plaza Store to operate a legitimate retail business selling physical or digital goods that are legal in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions where your customers reside.
2. Prohibited Products
You may not sell: controlled substances or prescription drugs without a valid license, counterfeit or stolen goods, weapons, tobacco or alcohol (in jurisdictions where prohibited), adult content, or products that violate GCC import restrictions.
3. Prohibited Behaviour
You may not: send unsolicited bulk email from your store, scrape or abuse the platform API, attempt to access other tenants' data, or use the platform to conduct fraud.
4. Content Standards
Product listings must be accurate. Misleading descriptions, fake reviews, or deceptive pricing are prohibited.
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity and urgency, Plaza may request remediation, restrict content, suspend affected functions, or terminate service. We aim to give notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond where feasible, but may act immediately to address illegality, fraud, imminent harm, security threats, or binding legal requests. Enforcement does not remove any mandatory right to challenge a decision or seek a legal remedy.
6. Reporting
Report AUP violations to [email protected]. We investigate all reports.
