These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Plaza Store services. By signing up, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Plaza Store account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Services Provided
Plaza Store provides a multi-tenant e-commerce platform including a branded web storefront, iOS and Android mobile application, admin dashboard, analytics, and delivery zone management. Service availability is governed by our SLA, available on the Enterprise plan.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin credentials. You must not share credentials with unauthorized parties. You are liable for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Plaza Store to sell illegal goods, conduct fraud, spam customers, or violate any applicable law. Violation results in immediate account suspension. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the complete list.
5. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partial months except where required by law.
6. Data Ownership
You own all data you upload to Plaza Store — products, orders, customer records, and branding assets. We process this data to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We will export your data upon request for 30 days after termination. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plaza Store's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Cairo.
