These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Plaza Store services. By signing up, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Plaza Store account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Services Provided
Plaza Store provides software tools for operating an online store, including a storefront, admin dashboard, product and order management, analytics, delivery tools, and optional integrations. Feature availability depends on the selected plan and published service description. Plaza is the platform provider; the merchant remains the seller of record for products sold through its store.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin credentials, managing authorized staff, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Responsibility for account activity is allocated according to the circumstances and applicable law; nothing in these Terms makes you responsible for activity caused by Plaza's breach of its own obligations.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Plaza Store to sell illegal goods, conduct fraud, spam customers, or violate any applicable law. Violation results in immediate account suspension. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the complete list.
5. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partial months except where required by law.
6. Data Ownership
You own all data you upload to Plaza Store — products, orders, customer records, and branding assets. We process this data to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
7. Termination
You may cancel in accordance with the Billing and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or non-payment, with notice where reasonably possible. Data export and deletion are handled according to the available product functions, our retention schedule, legal preservation duties, backup cycles, and the Data Processing Addendum.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential commercial losses, and Plaza's aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Cairo.
