Concepts you'll see throughout

Getting started
You can have a working store in about a minute — a free trial is included and no credit card is required to start.
- Go to plaza.instamicrotech.com/signup and click Get started.
- Enter your full name, email, and a password (minimum 8 characters); click Create account.
- Choose your store subdomain — your store goes live at your-store.instamicrotech.com with SSL and hosting included.
- Set your country & primary currency, then upload a logo and pick colors in the Branding studio.
- Pick a plan (or stay on the trial), then add your first products.

Your logo and colors apply to the web storefront, mobile app, and admin dashboard simultaneously. Open Settings → Brand Theme; the live preview shows your mobile app updating as you choose colors.
- Upload your logo — PNG, JPG, or SVG up to 5MB. Used in the app, the storefront header, and as your favicon.
- Set theme colors — Primary, Accent, Background, Surface, Primary Text, Secondary Text, Border.
- Watch the live preview update so you can confirm contrast and readability before saving.
- Save — changes propagate to every surface instantly; no re-deployment.

Products
Your catalog. Products support English + Arabic, multiple images, multi-currency pricing, inventory with expiry, special-user pricing, visibility targeting, and full lifecycle tracking.
The product list
Under Products you can search by name or brand, filter by category and stock status (In stock / Low stock / Out of stock), and open any product to edit it. Each row shows image, name, category, price, stock, and profit.

- Go to Products → Add Product.
- Fill the bilingual name and (optional) description.
- Choose Brand and Category, add a Main Image and gallery.
- Set Pricing: primary currency (required), then either each secondary currency or the USD fallback.
- Enter Stock and an optional Expiry Date.
- Set Visibility, optionally mark Featured, then Create Product.
Product tracking (lifecycle)
Open a product and choose Tracking to see its complete lifecycle: current stock, total purchased, total sold, returned to supplier, average buy cost vs. sell price, profit per unit and margin, plus suppliers, purchase history, sales history, and every stock movement (purchase / sale / return / adjustment).
Tip
You type the price the customer pays — there's no live FX conversion. Set the primary price, then price each market by hand or let USD cover the rest.

A single monitoring screen that surfaces inventory problems before they cost you sales, across two groups: expiry and stock/sales.

Orders & invoices
Every order — from your website, app, or created by hand — lands here. Search, filter by status, export to CSV, and open any order to update status, print an invoice or receipt, and view customer + delivery details.
The orders list
Search by order ID or customer name, filter by status, and Export CSV. Open an order for its full detail and timeline.
Order statuses
Open an order and use Update Order Status to move it along. Payment status is tracked separately: Pending, Paid, Failed, Refunded. The order detail also shows the full customer address (building, street, district, city, country, postal), itemized subtotal, discount, delivery fee, tax, and grand total.
Create a manual order
- Orders → Add New Order.
- Select Customer — search an existing customer by name, email, or phone.
- Add Products — search the catalog and set quantities (stock is shown).
- Enter Delivery Information — phone, address, optional instructions.
- Choose payment: Cash on Delivery, Credit Card, or Wallet; review the summary and Create Order.
Invoices & receipts
From an order you can Print Invoice in two formats:

Discount codes customers type at checkout. Percentage or fixed amount, scoped by country and by what they apply to, with usage limits and a validity window.

Delivery zones
Define where you deliver and what it costs. Each zone has its own fee, free-delivery threshold, delivery time, priority, and a list of coverage areas (city / district / country).

Special users
Give selected customers special pricing — useful for wholesale, loyal customers, or staff. A global discount applies to all products unless a product has its own special price.
- Open Special Users and set the Global Discount percentage (applies to all special users).
- Add Special User — search by name, email, or phone and add them.
- Optionally set a per-product Special Price in the product editor to override the global discount for that item.
Note
Products and home sections can be set to Special Users Only visibility, so you can run a hidden wholesale catalog alongside your public store.

Treasury
Your store's cash ledger. It tracks the running balance and every movement — order payments, refunds, supplier purchases / returns, and manual deposits / withdrawals.

By Category
Suppliers & purchase invoices
“Resources” are your suppliers / vendors. Track what you buy, return, and pay so you always know your accounts payable. Balance = Purchases − Returns − Payments.

Purchase & Return Invoices (sidebar) is the cross-supplier view of all purchase orders — filter by type, see totals, net outstanding, and drill into any invoice or product's tracking.
Tip
Linking purchases to products powers accurate cost of goods, profit-per-unit, and the supplier columns in product tracking.

Financial reports
Analyze profit, loss, and performance over any period, grouped by day, week, or month. Three views: Summary / Profit & Loss, Top Products, and Losses.

Web plan — $1/month for your first 3 months
Pick the Web plan on annual billing and your first 3 months are automatically $1/month ($3 total) — no code to enter. The remaining 9 months are billed at the regular Web monthly rate. The intro is scoped to the Web plan only; Mobile Only, Complete, Professional, and Enterprise are billed at their standard rate from day one.
How it works
Example with the Web plan ($29/month). Annual without the intro would be 12 × $29 = $348. With the intro you pay $1 × 3 + $29 × 9 = $264 in your first year. Year two and onward bill at the regular annual rate.
Tip
The Web intro and any promo code you apply work together: the intro covers months 1–3, and a promo code (if active) discounts the remaining 9 months — including "fully free" codes that drop them to zero.
Promo codes
If you have a promo code, enter it on the payment step during signup, or at renewal time from the admin dashboard. Promo codes are issued by Plaza and apply only to the paid months of an annual subscription — they don't change the $1/month intro window.
