Plaza respects valid intellectual-property and legal rights while protecting merchants and users from false or abusive reports.
1. Merchant responsibility
Merchants must have the rights and permissions needed for product listings, images, names, trademarks, advertising, and other content they publish. Plaza does not pre-approve every listing.
2. How to report
Send a sufficiently detailed notice to [email protected] identifying the right claimed, the exact store URL and content, your contact information, the basis of the claim, and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith.
3. Review and proportionate action
We may request clarification, notify the merchant, preserve evidence, restrict specific content, or suspend access where appropriate. Urgent action may be taken for a binding legal order, clear illegality, fraud, or imminent harm.
4. Merchant response
A merchant may respond with evidence of authorization, ownership, lawful use, correction, or removal. Restoration is not guaranteed and depends on the facts, applicable law, platform safety, and any binding order.
5. Abuse and repeat violations
False, misleading, automated, or bad-faith notices may be rejected. Repeated or serious infringement may lead to account restrictions or termination under the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Consumer complaints
Product quality, delivery, refund, and warranty complaints should first be sent to the merchant shown on the storefront and invoice. Plaza may facilitate communication or enforce platform rules, but this does not replace any mandatory consumer remedy against the responsible party.
